An Associate Professor at the Institute for Behavioral Genetics, University of Colorado, Boulder. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He went on obtain his Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the Chicago Medical School. He later completed Postdoctoral training at Northwestern University in the Dept of Neurobiology and Physiology. He has published nearly thirty peer-reviewed articles and reviews in top tier journals like Science, Cell, Nature Neuroscience, Neuron and PLoS Biology. He has obtained more than 2 million in NIH funds, the US Dept of Veterans Affairs and the NARSAD young investigator award. He is the current co-chair of the US/JAPAN Kavli frontiers of science. He is an expert in signal processing in the brain reward memory system and his work on information processing in single neurons has been featured on CNN.

David Vegh is a full scale ATP rated pilot with over 13,000 flight hours of experience in various aircraft. he holds type ratings in Citation Exel, Sabreliner 80, & Gulfstream G150 turbojets. He is also a FAA Gold Seal CFII. David's vast knowledge of aeronautics and Federal Aviation Regulations are a key asset to PhotoShip One's UAV division.

A full scale FAA certificated pilot with several hundred hours in various fixed wing and rotor wing aircraft, DJ Vegh leads the product design department at PhotoShip One. With over 25 years of remotely piloted aircraft experience he is a capable pilot of unmanned fixed wing and rotorwing aircraft as well. He also has nearly 17 years experience in radio & video broadcast industry as a Videojournalist/Cheif Editor for ABC and Fox affiliates. DJ has worked for 13 years as a motion graphics artist and effects compositor with a vast knowledge of 3D motion tracking and 3D scene generation from photos & video. His recent VR360 design is the flagship PhotoShip One product which allows for full 360 degree spherical imagery capture from a small unmanned rotorwing platform.
